Cardinal Hastert, I presume?

Seems Hastert embraces the same catch and release policy for perverts that Cardinal Mahoney of Los Angeles embraces. Admittedly 16-17 year old pages aren't 'kids', but rather minors, but that's no excuse for an obvious predator. I wonder, though, had they gone after Foley initially would the dems have accused republicans of a gay witch hunt?
